We are currently seeking an energetic individual to generate new business with diligent and professional business-to-business telephone sales for our mobile and cloud platform. You will be targeting maintenance managers, national service companies, property managers for malls, schools, OEMs and more.
This is a part-time job of 15 hours per week. It is perfect for someone who is not currently working full time but would like to supplement their income with flex hours. We will provide the office, you provide the enthusiasm, drive, and good attitude.
Compensation will be base + commission + expenses.

Are you also interested in designing mobile software that will be used by tens of thousands of professionals to design more energy efficient buildings? We are Carmel Software Corporation, a fast-growing company with 85,000+ paying mobile clients. We develop web-based and mobile software for the architectural, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. Currently, we are developing and licensing our own mobile software and also performing custom mobile/web software development for large utilities and Fortune 500 companies.
We are looking for a mid-level software developer who will begin new and continue working with existing software projects all related to helping clients design more energy efficient buildings. Several of these projects involve web-based and mobile (iOS and Android) software development.
Responsibilities include:
- Producing the necessary code to complete the requested projects.
- Interacting with management to define project scope and provide solutions
- Performing and testing applications as they are being developed
- Minimum three to four years of software development experience: including class-work (Computer Science major) and on-the-job.
- Experience programming mobile apps using Objective-C or Java (1 or more years)
- OPTIONAL: Experience programming with Microsoft C# and related
- OPTIONAL: Experience with relational database development, specifically with Microsoft SQL Server
- Prefer that you have a car to travel to San Rafael, when needed.
