"Carmel Software has proven leadership in the mobile HVAC application space and continues to be a strong partner in our efforts to effectively operationalize the ANSI/ASHRAE/ACCA Standard 180 for our clients," said Duane Whitehurst, senior product manager at PECI. "The impact of this new tool on the HVAC industry will be crucial to our work with utilities and for the industry to support the standard for quality maintenance."
The mobile software will support maintenance workflows as defined in the ANSI/ASHRAE/ACCA Standard 180, "Standard Practice for Inspection and Maintenance of Commercial Building HVAC Systems". The software will work on a variety of mobile platforms including the Apple iPhone, Android, Microsoft OS, and Blackberry.
